1. Walk through the areas to be cleaned w/you, evaluate the carpet, identifying the special areas of concern.

2. Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to effectively remove loose soil.

3. Move the lightweight practical furniture.

4. Pretreat the carpet w/conditioner that has a pH level close to neutral.

5. Gently agitate the carpet to ensure even application of the conditioner.

6. Steam clean the carpet at temperatures at or above 200 degrees, w/ state-of-the-art truck mounted system.

7. Dry stroke the carpet to maximize the moisture removal.

8. Place air movers into each room we clean to minimize the drying time.

9. Rake the carpet to lift the pile a improve air circulation to the fibers.
